manage subscriptions, enable optional cloud synchronization, display advertisements in the FREE version, and keep the App

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

 

This Privacy Policy complies with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),

where applicable.

 

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following information.

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with your Google Account, Google provides the App with information necessary to authenticate you.

We never receive or store your Google password.

To manage ToDo List PLUS and ToDo List PRO subscriptions, we process only the minimum information necessary

to determine your subscription status and provide access to the appropriate features.

 

Subscription purchases are handled through Google Play.

We do not collect or store your payment card information or other payment details.

Tasks and Lists

Tasks, lists, reminders and related information that you create in ToDo List are primarily stored locally on your device.

• task lists

• reminder settings

This information is used only to provide task management functionality.

Cloud Sync and Google Drive

If you choose to use Cloud Sync, ToDo List uses Google Drive to save and restore supported App data.

Access to Google Drive is used only for the synchronization and backup functionality initiated or enabled by you.

ToDo List does not access unrelated files stored in your Google Drive.

Cloud Sync is optional and requires the appropriate subscription plan.

Technical Information

We and our service providers may receive limited technical information necessary for the operation, security and reliability

of the App, including:

• device model

• Android version

• application version

• IP address processed by service providers

• crash and diagnostic information

• advertising identifiers where applicable and permitted

This information may be used to maintain compatibility, diagnose problems, improve reliability and provide advertisements

in the FREE version.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information only as necessary to:

• provide task and list management features

• provide reminders and Daily Summary notifications

• authenticate your account

• determine and restore subscription access

• enable Cloud Sync through Google Drive

• provide subscription features such as Focus mode and the Home Screen Widget

• improve App stability, compatibility and reliability

• display advertisements in the FREE version

• maintain the security of the App

• comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising

ToDo List FREE displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

​

ToDo List PLUS and ToDo List PRO do not display advertisements.

Google AdMob may process information such as:

• advertising identifiers

• device information

• approximate location

• ad interaction information

• technical information necessary for ad delivery and measurement

Advertising data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

5. User Consent

Where required by law, ToDo List uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for

advertising-related data processing.

 

Depending on your location and available consent options, you may choose whether certain advertising data may be used, including

for personalized advertising.

 

If personalized advertising is not permitted, you may still see non-personalized or limited ads in the FREE version.

 

You may review or change available advertising privacy choices through the options provided by the App, your device, or

Google where applicable.

 

6. Payments

All subscription purchases are securely processed by Google Play Billing.

ToDo List:

• does not collect payment card information

• does not process payment details

• does not store financial information

Payment information is handled by Google in accordance with Google Play Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Subscription management, including renewals and cancellations, is also handled through Google Play.

 

7. Third-Party Services

ToDo List uses trusted third-party services to provide certain functionality.

• Google Sign-In

• Google Drive

• Firebase services

Tasks and lists are stored locally on your device unless you choose to use Cloud Sync.

Online communication with supported services uses secure connections.

10. Data Retention

Tasks and lists stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

If you use Cloud Sync, backed-up data may remain in Google Drive until it is removed or replaced.

Account and subscription information is retained only as necessary to provide these features or comply with legal requirements.

 

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information

and to withdraw advertising consent where applicable.

You can manage your tasks and lists directly in the App, manage your subscription through Google Play, and manage

Google Account permissions through your Google Account.

 

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its features or legal requirements change.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
